Meals-on-Wheels Sets Date for 19th Annual Golf Benefit

The date for the 19th Annual Meals-on-Wheels Golf Benefit has been set. The event will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2006 at the Hidden Creek Golf Course in Burleson with tee times at 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

“Please mark your calendars for this event. It is the largest event for our organization raising monies and bringing awareness about our services to the community,” said Vinsen Faris, Meals-on-Wheels Executive Director.

“We are aware that there are many events in the community, and we wanted to announce our date early before calendars became full,” added Faris.
